Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders paid by PayPal are confirmed straight away. Bank transfer orders are confirmed once your transfer arrives. Cash orders are paid when you pick up or receive your order. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and we’ll refund any payment in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay by PayPal, bank transfer or cash.

Delivery

We deliver within The Bahamas. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with order volume and availability. See Shipping & Returns.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
